Hickory Level Hound Rescue is a LICENSED Rescue
Our Mission Statement:
The Mission of Hickory Level Hound Rescue (HLHR) is to save homeless dogs who would otherwise be euthanized in shelters or left to roam free. The foster parents for HLHR take these dogs into their homes and care for them as their own until the dogs can be placed in forever homes. As part of its ongoing mission to reduce the strain on local animal shelters, HLHR ensures that each dog is sexually altered and vaccinated before it goes to its new family. HLHR believes that there is a loving home out there for every dog and that every dog, regardless of age, breed or medical condition, is worth saving.
